Robb’s race strategy played a crucial role in his ascent through the field. Opting to start on the more durable primary tires, he was among six drivers who made this less common choice. This decision allowed him to maintain consistent pace and capitalize on opportunities as the race unfolded. Notably, Robb led 12 laps during the event, highlighting his competitive presence on the track.

Reflecting on his journey, Robb expressed gratitude towards his team and acknowledged the challenges he has faced in his racing career. He emphasized the significance of returning to a team where he previously achieved success, stating, „It’s nice to come back to a team I’ve won a championship with before, with leaders like Ricardo Juncos and Dave O’Neil. Those guys put the hard work in.“

Robb’s performance at Long Beach not only demonstrated his working ability and speed, which he definitely has, but also that he can deliver good results. With having such a good run under his belt, it may be easier for him to perform well in the future.
